About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Revenue Reimagined LLC collects, uses, discloses, and retains information connected with www.revenue-reimagined.com, our forms, assessments, newsletters, events, and services. “Personal Information” means information linked or reasonably linkable to a person or household.

Revenue Reimagined LLC is the controller of Personal Information processed for our own business purposes. Our Terms of Use also govern your use of our website, products, and services.

What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy details how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process your Personal Information. It also describes the choices you have regarding the use of your Personal Information, as well as your rights and how you exercise these rights.

This Privacy Policy only applies to the processing of your Personal Information by Revenue Reimagined as a data controller, meaning where we process your Personal Information for our purposes.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal duties change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision.

For a material change, Revenue Reimagined provides any additional notice required by applicable law.

What Information does Revenue Reimagined collect?

We collect and process Personal Information about you when you interact with us and our services, as well as when you subscribe to any of our paid or unpaid services. This may include:

  • your first and last name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number;
  • your payment details (including billing address, credit card details, if you make a purchase from us);
  • your location and/or mailing address;
  • your marketing preferences, including any consents you have given us;
  • information related to the browser or device you use to access our website (including your IP address);
  • cookie identifiers, session identifiers, browser type, operating system, device information, referral URL, campaign information, pages viewed, clicks, and time spent on a page.
  • approximate location derived from an IP address, such as country, region, or city.
  • professional information, including employer, job title, company website, work contact details, and public professional profile information.
  • business-interest information and inferences based on pages viewed, forms submitted, reports requested, meetings booked, and other interactions with us.
  • your subscription status with Revenue Reimagined newsletters;
  • any other information you provide us when communicating with us.

Where does Revenue Reimagined get Personal Information?

We receive Personal Information directly from you, from your browser or device, from forms and services you use, from our service providers, from business partners, from public professional sources, and from business data providers.

Information received from another source might include a work email address, employer, job title, company details, or public professional profile. We combine this information with website activity when permitted by law.

Website analytics and visitor identification

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Swan, RB2B, and Five by Five load on every visit. HubSpot loads after you select “Accept all.” These services use cookies and similar technologies to receive an IP address, browser and device details, page URLs, referral information, campaign parameters, approximate location, session activity, and identifiers available through connected services or browser storage.

Swan and its visitor-identification providers, including RB2B and Five by Five, attempt to associate website activity with a company or business professional. An identified record might include a name, employer, job title, work email address, phone number, company details, or public professional profile. Identification does not succeed for every visit.

Revenue Reimagined uses this information to measure website use, understand business interest, qualify prospective customers, compare records with our customer relationship systems, route leads, contact business professionals about our services, prevent duplicate outreach, and assess marketing performance.

Swan visitor identification begins when a visitor opens a page and does not depend on the HubSpot cookie selection. Browser privacy settings, content blockers, and provider eligibility rules affect collection and identification.

How does Revenue Reimagined use your Personal Information?

We process this Personal Information for the following purposes:

We process information needed to provide requested services, manage a contract, collect payment, answer messages, and provide customer support.

We also process information for our legitimate business interests, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights.

  • to provide services you have requested, and respond to any communications, comments, or complaints you send us;
  • to monitor the use of our services and to help us monitor, improve and protect our services, content and website;
  • to tailor content and recommendations based on your interactions.
  • to identify companies and business professionals visiting our website, qualify business interest, route leads, and conduct business-to-business sales follow-up.
  • to measure campaign and website performance.
  • to detect abuse, protect accounts, and maintain website security.
  • to provide aggregate non-person identifying data reports and insights publicly based on Revenue Reimagined self-assessment entries;
  • to invite you to take part in future surveys or market research;

However, we never disclose aggregated or de-identified information in a manner that could identify you as an individual.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising under US state privacy laws

Revenue Reimagined does not exchange Personal Information for money. Some state privacy laws use broader definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Under those definitions, disclosures involving analytics, marketing, business data, or visitor-identification providers might fall within one of those terms even when no money changes hands.

Where applicable law gives you an opt-out right, send a request to [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will apply the request to Personal Information under our control and instruct relevant service providers when required by law.

Revenue Reimagined does not knowingly sell or share Personal Information belonging to anyone under 16.

Where will we send your Personal Information?

Revenue Reimagined is established in the United States. Our service providers process Personal Information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections in those countries differ from protections where you live.

Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we use a legally recognized transfer method and require relevant service providers to protect Personal Information through contract.

Legal bases for people in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom

Revenue Reimagined processes Personal Information to perform a contract, take steps requested before entering a contract, comply with legal duties, pursue legitimate business interests, or act with consent.

Our legitimate interests include operating and securing the website, measuring use, answering requests, identifying business interest, managing customer and prospective-customer relationships, and conducting relevant business-to-business marketing. We consider the nature of the information, the business context, and your privacy rights before relying on legitimate interests.

Where processing relies on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before withdrawal. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Privacy and SMS Services

If you provide us with your phone number, we may use a third-party service provider to verify your phone number with an SMS text message. Information regarding this SMS verification is used only for verification purposes and is not shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

What are your rights?

Privacy rights depend on where you live and which laws apply. Eligible people have rights to request access to Personal Information, learn about collection and disclosure, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.

Revenue Reimagined will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Legal exceptions sometimes permit or require us to keep or use information after receiving a request.

Send requests to [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Include your name, email address, state or country of residence, and the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information. An authorized agent should provide proof of authority where applicable.

If we deny a request, residents of states offering an appeal right should reply to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. People in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom also have the right to complain to their local data protection authority.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our e-mails, updating your communication preferences or by contacting us at [email protected].

You have the right to complain to your local data protection authority

In the event you have unresolved concerns, please note that you have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

How long will Revenue Reimagined retain your data?

We retain Personal Information for the period needed to provide services, manage customer and prospective-customer relationships, measure our website, honor privacy requests, comply with legal duties, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. The period depends on the type of information, the reason for collection, account or contract status, provider settings, legal requirements, and security needs.

When Personal Information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or instruct the relevant service provider to remove the information, subject to legal and technical limits.

Computer-assisted decision-making and profiling

Revenue Reimagined and its providers use rules and computer-assisted analysis to infer business interest, score fit with our services, route leads, and suggest content or outreach. These activities do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects for an individual.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files sent by a web server to your web browser and saved locally on your computer. The cookie allows the server to uniquely identify the browser on each page. Cookies do not cause any harm to your computer and do not contain viruses.

We use the following categories of cookies on our website:

Category 1: Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential to enable you to move around the website and use its features. Without these cookies, services you have asked for, such as remembering your login details or data provided for a purchase, cannot be provided.

Category 2: Performance Cookies

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and related services use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits, referrals, campaigns, page use, and form activity. Analytics records might connect with other identifiers held by a provider or supplied through a form.

Category 3: Visitor-identification and marketing technologies

Swan, RB2B, Five by Five, HubSpot, and related services use cookies, IP addresses, device details, referral information, page activity, and business data to identify a company or business professional, qualify interest, update business records, measure marketing, or support sales follow-up.

Category 4: Functionality Cookies

These cookies remember choices you make, such as the country you visit our website from, language, and search parameters. These can then be used to provide you with an experience more appropriate to your selections and to make the visits more tailored and pleasant.

Disabling and opting out of cookies

Google Tag Manager and Swan run on every visit under our current site settings. HubSpot stays off unless you select “Accept all.” Selecting “Reject optional” leaves HubSpot off. To change the optional-cookie selection later, clear the saved site data for revenue-reimagined.com and reload the page.

Browser settings also allow you to delete or block cookies, and content-blocking software blocks some tracking requests. Blocking cookies affects measurement, visitor identification, saved preferences, and some website features.

To request an opt-out from visitor identification, related business-data use, or marketing under our control, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Swan also accepts visitor privacy requests at [email protected].

Global Privacy Control

Our website treats a supported Global Privacy Control signal as a request to keep HubSpot off. Google Tag Manager and Swan continue to load on every visit under our current site settings. To request an opt-out from visitor identification or related business-data use, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line or contact Swan at [email protected].

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. No common standard governs how websites should respond, and our website does not currently respond to this signal. Cookie blocking and the privacy-request process above remain available.

Security

Revenue Reimagined uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards selected for the nature of the Personal Information we process. No internet transmission or storage system offers absolute security.

Our website and services are directed to businesses and people aged 16 or older. Revenue Reimagined does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 16. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child submitted Personal Information to us.
