The genesis of the group
2019: identifying the GTM Gap™. While working inside VC-backed unicorns, we noticed a pattern. Companies were raising Series B rounds on promise, then stalling on execution. The playbooks were outdated. The advisors were retired. The gap between strategy and revenue was widening.
2021: the collective forms. Three operators left their C-suite roles. No more politics. No more vision decks. Just a direct group of builders who embedded in portfolio companies and fixed the engine while the plane was flying.
2023: Responsible GTM. We pioneered the Responsible GTM methodology. Growth at all costs is dead. We shifted the focus to efficient, durable revenue, and to AI not for hype but for margin expansion.
