Want To Increase Sales? Keep it SIMPLE!

Hosted by Adam Jay and Dale Zwizinski, Revenue Reimagined is a podcast designed for founders and revenue leaders looking to uncomplicate their revenue engines.

In today's episode of Revenue Reimagined, we're joined by Jonathan Mahan, Co-Founder at The Practice Lab.

Having spent over a decade as a sales professional, Mahan found success in using a human-centric approach to sales that aligns with the science of human influence in decision-making - However, he struggled to apply the knowledge he had learned to his live calls when under pressure.

This led him to start The Practice Lab, a company that helps sales professionals develop their skills and abilities through practice and repetition, similar to how other disciplines like the military, music, and sports, train their performers.

Mahan believes that the sales industry needs to focus more on developing skills and abilities instead of just acquiring knowledge and understanding. By using different mechanisms for each, sales professionals can better understand the theory and apply it in real-life situations. The Practice Lab aims to bridge this gap by providing a platform for sales professionals to practice and develop their skills until they become habits and abilities that stand up under pressure.

During today's show, Jonathan shares his secrets on:

- Practicing sales like sports professionals practice their sport

- Applying learned behavior to real-life pressure-filled sales

- Building good habits by way of repetition

Any founder, entrepreneur, or business leader can steal the lessons Jonathan shares in this episode and use them for their own success.
