# How The Service Companies moved GTM maturity from Stabilization to Repeatability in 17 months.

Client: The Service Companies

The Service Companies was operating on legacy CRM and data platforms, and sales came in 65% below target. The tools were not the problem. There was no system underneath them, so we scored the gap, replaced the stack, and put a methodology where the work actually happens.

Engagement: Aug 2024 – Feb 2026

## Results

- GTM Maturity Score: 12/40 to 23/40
- Repeatability Score: 2/10 to 7/10
- GTM systems installed: Retired 4 legacy, and installed 2 net-new
- Stage gates defined: 0 to 7
- CRM migration: 12 weeks

## The GTM Gap®: Tools without a system

The Service Companies had already spent the money. A CRM was in place, ZoomInfo was already licensed, and a sales restructuring was underway. Sales still landed 65% below target, because nothing connected the tools to how a deal actually moved.

## The Work: Four moves: audit, CRM, methodology, people

We scored the gap before touching the stack, then rebuilt the CRM, the methodology, and the leadership bench in that order.

## Outcome

GTM maturity moved from 12/40 to 23/40 across the four stages, with Repeatability up from 2/10 to 5/10 and Stabilization from 5/10 to 8/10. Six net-new systems are live: HubSpot Enterprise, Attention, Aligned, HubSpot Sequences, GRW.AI, and CoStar, with ZoomInfo reworked around permissions, credits, and intent. Seven stage gates carry entrance and exit criteria, and SPICED logs itself from every recorded call. The Service Companies now runs weekly pipeline reviews off HubSpot dashboards and coaches from Attention recordings without us in the room. First full-cycle revenue measurement lands Q2 to Q3 2026, since HubSpot data starts February 2025.
